As a former elite athlete in her teens, Laura came to me feeling low in June 2016. Injuries and a stressful job had taken a heavy toll on her self-esteem, to the point that she didn't recognise herself in the mirror. Her journey with me has been an emotional rollercoaster, but with lots of encouragement and with me holding her to account, she is making progress in all aspects of her life.


Helen began her journey to a better place in January 2019, having let other life priorities get in the way. From the moment she began training with me, I could see a spark had been ignited, and she has become one of the most successful clients I have ever trained. Since 2019, Helen has run umpteen half marathons, and her mind and body have totally transformed.


Many of my clients have onerous careers, and Gayle's involved helping others to deal with their feelings and emotions.
